As the results rolled in on Britain's decision whether to leave the European Union, "Mean Girls" star Lindsay Lohan unexpectedly rolled out passion-filled tweets on the topic.

The actress, who lives in London with her fiance, Russian billionaire Egor Tarabasov, wasn't shy about speaking her mind and responding to news organizations covering the results. The tweets were deleted from her account following the official vote to leave the E.U., but here are direct quotes from her tweets.

"@DailyMailCeleb@DailyMailUK i am actually against BREXIT i am for #REMAIN so get your facts straight you lazy cow"

"#REMAIN Sorry, but #KETTERING where are you&why is this woman @BBCNews speaking on people rather than TELLING us what happens if UK LEAVES?"

"good luck with the pound.. will take you about 15 years to get it back up #REMAIN instead"

But the icing on the cake was when she managed to use a "Mean Girls" reference in relation to Brexit.

"for the love of #hermajestythequeen ..the #leave #youcantsitwithus FELLOWS @smp WE SHOULD ALL BE SITTING TOGETHER #LOVENOTHATE we can be 1"

The surprise celebrity weigh-in on the topic sent Twitter into a complete frenzy.

But when the final vote projections came in saying the U.K. had decided to leave the European Union ... she went quiet.
