13,000 square feet of daaaaaaamn!

Among the many descriptors that are (sometimes unfairly) applied to Justin Bieber, monumentally wealthy is certainly an accurate one. And right now, he's putting his well-earned cash to use renting a massive mansion on the shores of an idyllic lake in California.

Bieber is reportedly spending well over the median annual household income in the United States (that figure is around $52,000 right now) each month on a ten-bedroom, sixteen-bathroom estate on the shores of Toluca Lake. His temporary abode features a 13,000-square-foot main house, a guest house, a gym, a screening room, one hell of a pool, and the kind of kitchen that would make Ina Garten weep with joy. All of this sits on just under an acre of land—plenty of room for any visiting wildlife (remember the tiger at his dad's engagement party?) to roam around.

And while the Biebs has been keeping up a pretty punishing schedule this summer, what with all those dates on his current tour, it looks like he has managed to spend some time at the house. Bieber's friend Rory Kramer posted a video of himself diving off the home's roof into its pool on Wednesday.

But his new neighbors needn't worry about any of the shenanigans that plagued the other neighborhoods where he's rented homes. TMZ reports that when he's in Toluca, the singer is a model citizen.
