Everything you ever wanted to know about Chef Richard Blais

Renowned chef, cookbook author, Top Chef judge and possible upcoming movie star Richard Blais is a man of many interests, but food is, of course, what he's known for.

And food is, of course, what we wanted to chat with him about when we sat down with him at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado.

Not only is Blais remarkable in the kitchen -- it turns out, he's pretty fantastic on camera, too. Answering our rapid fire ("Blais-ing fast," he liked to call them) questions with ease and energy, the chef revealed some fun, funny details about himself we certainly never knew!
