AOL.com was on the ground at the Food and Wine Classic this year to capture some of the most memorable seminars, try the tastiest food, and more. Check out our list of the most unforgettable moments and places below!

Christina Tosi's Milk Bar Happy Hour

New York City-based baker Christina Tosi has made a name for herself with many amazing desserts from her compost cookie to her soft serve cereal ice cream. It's no surprise that Tosi's happy hour in Aspen was one of the sweetest events around. Highlights include bagel bombs (everything bagel balls filled with cream cheese and bacon), blue cheese pretzels with roasted honey mustard, and to-die-for chocolate truffles.

Richard Blais' nitrogen demo

Richard Blais is known for his firecracker personality and affinity for liquid nitrogen. His demo proved to be no different. On stage, Blais was presented with secret ingredients and made 3 dishes in 45 minutes, in addition to making some pretty awesome liquid nitrogen ice cream. The event was one for the books.

There might not be any drinks more synonymous with summer than Rosé, and this seminar at the Food & Wine Classic definitely proved that point. Sommelier Jordan Salcito walked the audience through 6 different rosés that all pair with different occasions. Needless to say, this one had everyone taking notes.

Chef Michael Voltaggio at Belly Up! Aspen with The Spazmatics

Not every Food & Wine Classic event is necessarily a seminar, panel or demo -- get togethers like this one at Aspen's Belly Up! bar are on par with a majority of the planned goings on. Chef Michael Voltaggio showed off his culinary skills with spicy fried chicken, turkey and hazelnuts, and a delicious green goddess salad. Also, what dining would be complete without a rockin' '80s cover band?

Wines from Spain BBQ with Chef Jose Garces

Wines? Spain? BBQ? Count us in. This event features wines from various regions of Spain -- paired with chef Jose Garces' amazing BBQ meat (chorizo to die for!) this event was a huge success.

What's better than Dim Sum? Dim Sum after dark, featuring none other than Andrew Zimmern and Gail Simmons. Hosted at the Sky Hotel in Aspen, this event was definitely a must-see and featured some amazing foods concocted by Zimmern and Simmons themselves, including thai peanut pepper noodles and coffee cardamom donuts.
