Johnny Manziel's last link to Cleveland has been.

The former Browns quarterback's Ohio house has been on the market at Realtor.com for $489,900 -- the 23-year-old purchased the home for $438,400 in early 2015. And according to TMZ Sports, a sale is about to close.

The site published a photo of the home with a "for sale" sign out front.

The three-and-a-half bedroom, four-bathroom home sits right atop an Avon, Ohio golf course. It's just a 22-minute drive away from the Browns' practice facility.
