This dog is little and needy, but he doesn't mess around

This little pup can't be more than 30 pounds. We don't know his breed, or where he's from, or how old he is.

The one thing we do know, however, is that he's quite needy, and obsessed with neck scratches. That's all that matters, right?

The best part is that he knows he's spoiled too! Just a lift of the head, and he expects you to pamper him. And if he doesn't get it, he gives you that look.

We all know the look.

Because it's Chewie's world, and we're just living in it.
