OnlyOnAOL: So about that picture of Britney Spears & Ed O'Neill

So you might recall that photo of Ed O'Neill and Britney Spears. He looks -- a bit disgruntled.

So we asked him about it.

"Now it's viral. The picture went viral," he said.

"I was at the LAX first class lounge, going to Hawaii by myself, waiting to board," he recalls. "I saw this woman approaching. I flopped the hat on my head."

She asked for a photo. "I said yeah, sure, I gotta catch a flight though."

Behold the result. "I don't even smile," said O'Neill. "The next day my manager emails me this photo."

He had no idea he'd met one of the world's biggest stars, who had told him he was her favorite "Modern Family" character.

"My 16-year-old daughter, when she found out, said, 'You are a moron.'"
