The cast of 'Remember the Titans' really grew up over the past 16 years

As you know, 'Remember the Titans' is an inspirational movie based on the true story of coach Herman Boone, portrayed by Denzel Washington, as he tries to guide a racially diverse team at T. C. Williams High School in the city of Alexandria, a suburb of Washington, D.C., in 1971.

The film, which was released in 2000, explores civil topics, such as racism, discrimination and athletics -- and it's become a favorite among sports fans.
