Highest rated U.S. CEOs

It's important to work for a company where you respect management and your higher-ups.

They set the stage for the way employees are treated, company culture and are part of what motivates you to do the best work you can.

But what sets a successful CEO apart from one who is not? The biggest factor is likeability.

A new survey by Glassdoor found the top 50 highest-rated CEOs based off of employee ratings.

Employees participated anonymously to rate their CEO and their leading style.

CEOs that were considered have run a company that employs at least 1,000 employees and have at least 100 approval ratings, senior management ratings and company reviews between May 2015 and May 2016 on Glassdoor's website.

As per usual, there were several surprising (and unheard of) additions to the list.

Can you guess which tech CEO beat out Zuckerberg in the top 3?

Only one woman cracked the top 20, and the top spot was clinched by the CEO of a famed consulting group.
