It's no secret that athletes are among the highest-earners in the world each and every year. But on Wednesday, Forbes revealed the top 100 earners in sports -- and precisely how much they rake in.

The list includes all sources of income -- including endorsement deals and paid appearances, which made up 29 percent of the $3.15 billion that the 100 richest athletes made in total.

Americans make up most of the list (65), as did baseball players (26). They come from 26 countries all together.

Below, we have Forbes' top 25, which features LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, Eli Manning and Phil Mickelson.
