The CMT Music Awards, a fan-voted awards show for country music videos, are here -- and country's hottest acts are swarming Nashville for a night of high-wattage performances ... and sexy styles.
Just like its pop music counterpart, the MTV VMAs, the CMT Awards are the perfect opportunity for country's finest to step out in fun ensembles, a perfect-for-summer departure from the formality of other awards shows. But it's not all about country stars. Continuing with 2016's trend of country-pop crossovers, Pharrell Williams, Fifth Harmony and Pitbull were among the Hollywood folks who crashed the party.
In true Nashville form, plunging necklines, short hemlines and, of course, bling ruled the red carpet Wednesday night.
