Calvin Harris cancels more Las Vegas dates after car crash
Calvin Harris has canceled two more Las Vegas appearances due to his recent car accident. The DJ will no longer perform at Hakkasan on Thursday night (May 26), and Caesars Palace's Omnia nightclub informed ticket-holders via email that his performance Friday is canceled too.
"We regret to inform our guests that due to Calvin Harris' unfortunate car accident last week, he will be unable to perform his previously scheduled date at Hakkasan Las Vegas tonight, Thursday, May 26," the Hakkasan statement reads, informing clubgoers that Steve Aoki will perform in his place. "Guests who have pre-purchased tickets can contact their point of purchase for more information."
Calvin Harris Briefly Hospitalized in L.A. Following Car Accident
In an email to ticket-holders Thursday, Omnia nightclub reps say: "Due to Calvin Harris' continued recovery from his unfortunate car accident last week, he will be unable to perform his previously scheduled date at OMNIA Nightclub Las Vegas, Friday May 27." Guests can still use their purchased tickets to attend the nightclub on Friday or for a future Calvin Harris performance at the venue in 2016.

The 32-year-old DJ and producer (real name: Adam Wiles) was briefly hospitalized after being involved in a car accident in Los Angeles on Friday night. Harris reportedly suffered a laceration on his face when his transport was involved in a collision with a Volkswagen Beetle. An unnamed passenger in the car suffered a broken pelvis after being ejected from the car.
Harris had previously canceled his Omnia nightclub appearance in Las Vegas the night of the accident, on May 20, along with his set the next day at the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
Billboard's request for further comment to Harris' rep was un-returned at press time.
