Less than a week after filing for divorce from Johnny Depp, Amber Heard has reportedly asked for a restraining order against the actor.

According to TMZ, the actress showed up to a Los Angeles courthouse on Friday to file the restraining order with a bruise on her face. Heard and her lawyer are reportedly claiming that the facial wound was inflicted upon her by Depp on Saturday night. The website also reports that Heard provided other photos showing various bruises.

The 52-year-old star has been out of town since Wednesday, promoting his upcoming movie.

ET has reached out to both Heard and Depp's reps for comment.
