Talk about embarrassing parenting antics!

Kate Beckinsale and her ex-husband, Michael Sheen, just celebrated her daughter Lily's 16th birthday in one of the most adorable and embarrassing ways possible -- by recreating the moment of Lily's birth. The "Underworld" actress and Sheen, who were married from 1995–2003, teamed up with "The Late Late Show" with James Corden to recreate Lily's birth.

"It was her sixteenth birthday and Michael and I thought, you know, obviously, it might be quite nice to recreate the birth in a photo," Beckinsale said on her Tuesday night appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

In the hilarious photo, Beckinsale is sitting on what appears to be her kitchen counter with her legs spread open as Lily seemingly emerges from her groin. Don't worry -- both mom and baby are fully clothed.

"That's why there's so much effort on my face, personally. And Lily's doing the 'Yikes I'm coming out of a vagina' face," Beckinsale explained. "And Michael's not doing very much at all, which was quite realistically what the real thing was like."

Beckinsale also shared a photo of the recreation on her Instagram account, which she paired side by side with the first photo they all ever took as a family after Lily's real birth in 1999. Interestingly enough, the photo is shockingly similar and the only thing that seems to have changed is Lily's looks and their marriage.

Sheen and Beckinsale split in 2003 and she went on to marry director Len Wiseman while Sheen dated a string of A-list ladies like Rachel McAdams and now, Sarah Silverman.

We'll give them this -- the family definitely has a funny sense of humor.
