Celebs wear outrageous outfits at Cannes Film Festival 2016
Cannes Film Festival is known as the spot to show off your fashion prowess, but not every star is nailing the style game. Several big names, and some lesser known faces, have showed up to the French film festival in looks that will make your jaw drop in all the wrong ways.
This year's biggest fashion offender appears to be Russian TV personality Elena Lenina, who has been hitting the carpet in a series of wild looks that go from head to toe. All of her outfits begin with sky-high hair coiffed into varying styles and shapes and then finish with bright, wild dresses.
