Why Kylie Jenner and Tyga broke up

Say it ain't so!

Following Thursday's news that Kylie Jenner and her rapper boyfriend, Tyga, decided to break up, new information is coming out from sources close to the Kardashian-Jenner camp about why the couple decided to call it quits after almost two years together.

"It was a long time coming," a source told E! News of their split.

Though many figured that the decision had to do with Blac Chyna, who's Tyga's ex-girlfriend and Rob Kardashian's fiancé, the source added that it actually had nothing to do with her. Jenner is allegedly "cool" with Chyna.

The couple, who have been dating since 2014 and went on a brief break around Tyga's 26th birthday last November, arrived separately to the Met Gala a couple of weeks ago, which definitely turned heads. In addition, Jenner and Tyga left the Balmain after party separately after showing no signs of affection inside the event.

"They're in a fight at the moment," another source added. "Anything can changed tomorrow. Tyga still loves Kylie and thinks this [split] is temporary."
