Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, the music industry's latest power couple, will be performing a duet on The Voice, the very show that brought the pair together. Stefani and Shelton wrote the track together, and it's slated to appear on Shelton's tenth studio album If I'm Honest, coming out May 20.

Stefani confirmed a duet between the two titled "Go Ahead and Break My Heart" last month via Twitter when she posted a photo of the album's track listing.

"We were at a point where it's like, 'Do we want to go there? What will people think?' And then we finally just got to the point where it's like, 'You know what? I don't give a s---," Shelton said in a People interview.

For anyone who is worried about the pair's different styles meshing together, rest assured: They've found common ground. "As different as we are musically, we're a fan of the same type of songs," he said. "We have these playlists that we send each other that are stuff that we loved growing up and they're so similar, so I think it made it easy for us to collaborate."
