Fire department steps in to help with promposal

A lucky pair of high schoolers got the royal treatment from their local fire department this week when they arrived on campus with a mission: To help fan the flames of love in an epic version of a promposal.

The scene was quite the spectacle at Garland High School in Texas on Thursday. You can see a large crowd gather as the fire truck pulls up. A banner hung from the front of the fire truck and read: "I am no hero, but can I rescue you to prom?"

Helen emerges from the crowd to approach Dillon -- holding a bouquet of pink flowers -- and the two embrace. Obviously a sweet moment that is bound to be memorable for years to come.
