Levi Hummon reveals he can shotgun a beer faster than Dierks Bentley

Updated

Look out, Dierks Bentley -- you have some competition in the beer-drinking department.

Country newcomer and singer-songwriter Levi Hummon dropped by AOL to talk about his brand new EP and he gave us some juicy gossip about his secret talent and the country great he could easily take down. The Nashville native joked that he and Dierks are pretty close friends and there is definitely a challenge on the table for kicking back beers.

Hummon, who was recently signed to Big Machine record label, has been on a hot streak lately. He just dropped his self-titled EP in April, wrote Steven Tyler's hit summer song "Red, White and You," and is hitting the road with the Ram-powered Guts & Glory: On The Road promotional tour to promote his new album, which is filled with emotional, catchy tunes.

AOL caught up with Levi to get to know him in 35 questions. We talked romance (he's taken, ladies!), his first kiss, foods he can't stand (don't ever feed him an artichoke), his biggest musical influences, and all the details on his single "Make It Love."

And because he's a good sport, he played our favorite game of charades where we acted out a fun night in Las Vegas and a safari.

Tune in above -- and go grab his EP! Levi Hummon is definitely one to watch.
