It seems like you can't turn a corner this year without hearing about rising country singer Cam. Her newest album, "Untamed" was released in December and has already racked critical praise, including a Grammy nod and four nominations from the American Country Music Awards, including "New Female Vocalist of the Year."

The native Californian got her start as a songwriter and has helped pen hits for major singers, like Miley Cyrus. But 2016 is Cam's breakout year as a performer in her own right and her star is shining brighter than ever.
