A Dr. Phil exclusive: The Nick Gordon interview

In a new exclusive interview with Dr. Phil airing on Thursday, April 28, Nick Gordon, the former boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, Whitney Houston's daughter, answers questions about his ex-girlfriend's final hours before being found clinging to life in her bathtub on January 31, 2015.

Now, the autopsy results are in, and Gordon gets the chance to set the record straight. Dr. Phil asks him, "Did you murder Bobbi Kristina Brown?" And, Gordon reveals shocking secrets about the tragic deaths of Houston and Brown, who died July 26, 2015 at the age of 22, and their private life behind closed doors.

Gordon previously appeared on Dr. Phil in March 2015, in what turned into an emotional, unpredictable intervention that made national headlines. Clearly distraught at the time, the 19-year-old told Dr. Phil, "I did everything in the world possible to protect [Bobbi Kristina and Whitney]."

Dr. Phil offered to help Gordon and send him to rehab. "You can't help Bobbi Kristina the way you are," he said to Nick. "You've got to man up."

Gordon, who admitted that he had threatened suicide, appeared to hyperventilate and walked out of the interview, before returning and accepting Dr. Phil's offer of help.
