Heidi Klum and Vito Schnabel have a PDA-packed vacation in St. Barts

Heidi Klum's vacation is all kinds of steamy!

The supermodel packed-on-the-PDA with her boyfriend, Vito Schnabel, during a romantic getaway to the island destination of St. Barts. Klum, who was clad in a tiny snakeskin print bikini, planted several huge kissed on her 29-year-old boyfriend as they frolicked in the waves and kicked back on the beach.

For his part, Schnabel showed off his fit physique in a set of green swim trunks and looked completely in-love with his 42-year-old leading lady.

During their day of fun in the sun, the pair walked along the beach together holding hands, snorkeled, and played around in the crystal clear waters. As usual, the TV host looked absolutely incredible and her skimpy bikini showed off her rock-hard abs.

Both have stayed off their Instagram accounts during their vacation, so it looks like they want to keep this PDA session just to themselves.

The duo began dating in February 2014 and 8 months ago Klum declared her love for her art dealer main squeeze on his birthday.
