Blake Shelton crashes Luke Bryan performance at the ACM Awards

It didn't take too long for trickster Blake Shelton to pull a prank on the Academy of Country Music Awards Sunday night.

During his high-voltage opening performance, Luke Bryan called for co-host Dierks Bentley to come to the stage, but it was Blake Shelton, who bolted past Bentley for a duet with Bryan -- and the look of surprise on the "Huntin' Fishin' and Lovin' Every Day" singer's face was absolutely priceless.

Shelton followed up his stunt with a very sexy performance of "Came Here To Forget" in front of a dramatic black and white backdrop.

Bryan later confirmed in his opening monologue that the surprise stage-crashing was totally unplanned and unscripted.

Now that's how you open a show!
