Cara Delevingne revealed she suffers from depression in a series of tweets on Thursday night, opening up after her appearance this week as the face of Saint Laurent's couture ads. "Can we just set the record straight," she began. "I never said I was quitting modeling. I do not blame the fashion industry for anything."

Delevingne has discussed modeling's negative effects on her health before — at one point, she suffered from the stress-induced autoimmune disease psoriasis, which causes patches of red, itchy scabs. These tweets clarify comments over the past year about distancing herself from the modeling industry in favor of her acting career.

She has five films out in 2016 after Paper Towns and Pan last year — including Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie and Suicide Squad this summer — and is currently filming Luc Besson's sci-fi Fifth Element redux, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, with Rihanna and Dane DeHaan.
