Watch a little boy run onto an NBA court to hug Carmelo Anthony
Let's be clear about this: It is not okay for anybody to run onto an NBA court during a game -- this especially includes letting your small child do it. The latter happened Monday night in New Orleans. But, luckily, it turned out in the most adorable way possible.
With a minute left in Monday's game featuring the New York Knicks and New Orleans Pelicans, a little boy ran onto the court and headed straight for Carmelo Anthony -- to give him a big bear hug.

Thankfully, Melo returned the favor with a big ol' pat on the head. Awwwww.
Afterward, the boy ran back to his seat, after having his wildest dream easily fulfilled.
The brief intermission in play may end up being one of the more memorable moments of both teams' seasons. The Knicks and Pelicans are both eliminated from playoff contention, and have a combined record of 57-91.
Moral of the story here? Don't ever step foot on an NBA court during a game. But if you do, make sure to be quick, casual, and absolutely adorable.
