Stars celebrate the Easter holidays

Celebs hopped at the chance to share their Easter holiday!

Dozens of stars took to social media to share adorable snaps of their spring holiday and it's a colorful and fun explosion.

Early in the week, Melissa Joan Hart, Jenna Dewan Tatum and Elton John shared photos of their kiddos dying Easter eggs and then hunting for them. On Easter Sunday, that's when the real fun began.

Celeb moms like Emma Heming Willis, Kristin Cavallari, and Jaime King shared adorable snaps of their little tykes opening their Easter baskets or posed in their holiday outfits. Willis' daughter was opening her Easter basket and it appeared the Easter bunny forgot to put some candy in one of the plastic eggs -- her daughter's reaction was priceless.

The Easter holiday was also a good chance for some celebs to get creative with their dying skills. Julianne Hough and Madonna both shared photos of their egg dying. Madonna dyed her Easter eggs in honor of her kids. On one photo, she wrote "Don't put all your eggs in one basket."

Taylor Swift took Easter to a whole new level and shared a strange family tradition she has -- trying to crack her brother's Easter eggs.
