The 'Sexiest Doctor Alive' is officially off the market, dating Miss Universe 2015

If you are among the 1.6 million Instagram users swooning over People Magazine's "Sexiest Doctor Alive," we hate to be bearer of bad news, but it appears as though the med school hunk is officially off the market.

So who's the lucky lady? Miss Universe, Pia Wurtzbach, naturally, who has been linked to Dr. Mike on social media for a few months now.

With a combined social media following of 3.6 million fans, the duo failed to slide under the radar back in February when when Dr. Mike posted a picture of the two looking cozy side-by-side. Both bearing huge grins, he captioned the image, "She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she's deathly afraid of the sight of blood 💉, so she decided to win #MissUniverse instead."

The Filipino-german actress also dropped a few hints of her own regarding the budding relationship, tweeting a photo of the two post-work out, looking unrealistically beautiful despite having just taken a boxing class.

Regardless of Pia denying dating rumors on her Facebook live chat earlier this month, Dr. Mike clarified things once and for all when he opened up about their romance to Wonderwall.com, saying, "I am dating Pia. It's a fairly new relationship but I'm really excited to see where it can go!"
