Mindfulness Can Reduce Lower Back Pain According to Study

Mindfulness has been linked to weight loss, happiness, and now even chronic lower back pain, too. In the first eight weeks of a recent study, a test group of people who suffered from low back pain saw more significant improvement than other test groups trying other methods of relief.
