Gotham stars Morena Baccarin and Ben McKenzie have welcomed their first child, a rep for the actress confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.

Their baby girl, Frances Laiz Setta Schenkkan, was born on March 2.

"All are happy and healthy and appreciate the well-wishes," according to a statement released on behalf of the couple.

On Gotham, Baccarin and McKenzie play a couple who are also expecting a baby. Baccarin also has a two-year-old son, Julian, with her estranged husband, Austin Chick.

The actress recently appeared opposite Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool, playing Vanessa to Reynolds' Wade Wilson in the comicbook-inspired hit movie.

USA Today first reported on the arrival of Baccarin and McKenzie's baby.
