"I have learned in life to never say never! It is too limiting!" the EVP of The Trump Organization told Cosmopolitan.

Instead, the 34-year-old mogul said she's putting all her efforts into other business endeavors.

"I am wholly focused on the growth of my own company -- my lifestyle brand and IvankaTrump.com, a digital destination for women who work -- as well as working alongside my brothers to expand the global footprint of The Trump Organization."

And it seems like Trump's eldest daughter isn't slowing down anytime soon, even with baby No. 3 on the way with husband Jared Kushner.

When asked whether she's ever felt insecure about walking into a room full of men because of her last name, she says she has learned to ignore the cynics.

"You get to a point when you realize there are always naysayers," Trump admitted. "Those external things can't be a driver in your life. You have to find motivation from within rather than from outside yourself."

And clearly being business-savvy runs in the family –- Ivanka revealed her biggest advice on negotiating:

"The best negotiators are secure with themselves. And never negotiate on email. You need to hear the other person react in real time. The path of least resistance is to shoot an email."
