Lucille Ball forgets her glasses: The original Queen of Comedy found herself in trouble while presenting an award at the 27th annual Emmys after forgetting a very important thing! "I'm in trouble," the "I Love Lucy" actress claimed as the audience erupted in laughter. Milton Berle jumped on stage and offered assistance via an empty wine glass. Finally, someone managed to bring Ball some glasses! While it was definitely one of the most iconic moments in the history of the awards show, one question remains: Was it planned or not?

Alan Alda cartwheels his way to an Emmy award: The "M*A*S*H*" actor gained international acclaim for his leading role as Hawkeye Pierce. At the 1979 Emmys, he literally did a cartwheel before walking up on stage to receive his award! We would give him a "10" for that impeccable form!

Ellen DeGeneres' Bjork-inspired swan dress: The host of the 53rd annual Primetime Emmy Awards pulled out all the stops in a similar swan dress worn by pop singer Bjork at the 2001 Oscars.  Degeneres decided to make fun of the show getting pushed back to November (It was delayed because of the 9/11 attacks). "Everyone knows that it's fine to wear swan in September, but is it okay to wear it after?" she jokes.

Melissa McCarthy becomes a pageant queen: Sophia Vergara and Rob Lowe presented the award for "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series" at the 2011 Emmys. After Amy Poehler heard her name, she darted to the stage before the winner was even revealed! However, the other nominees soon joined her on stage for a mock pageant where winner Melissa McCarthy took home a crown, a bouquet of roses and the coveted Emmy!

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler take a tumble: The comedic duo presented an award at the 65th annual Emmys - but not without fooling the crowd! Fey and Poehler were either moving like acrobatic ninjas or pretending to stumble as they approached the stage. Ninja or not, it's safe to say they stole the show from the winners and host Neil Patrick Harris!

Hugh Laurie's moment of "faux" comic relief: The "House" star presented an award with Helen Mirren at the 2006 show. Laurie just stood there and hilariously translated Helen Mirren's teleprompter script into faux-French. There was absolutely no point to this - except it did lighten the mood during a show filled with predictable speeches.

Jimmy Fallon's epic opening number: The host of the 62nd annual Emmys in 2010 proved he could carry a tune with the help of a star-studded cast, which included the cast of "Glee," Tina Fey and Randy Jackson! We couldn't help but love Fallon even more after this unbelievable opening number!

Conan O'Brien puts Bob Newhart's life on the line: The host of the 58th Emmy Awards in 2006 poked fun at the show's reputation of always running long in a fatal way! He put comedian Bob Newhart in a sealed container filled with enough air to last him three hours! And we all knows what happens when those three hours are up! Needless to say, Bob's life was spared and the audience got quite a laugh!

Jimmy Kimmel has a beauty crisis: During the opening skit of the 2012 Emmys, Kimmel found himself with a little problem - a botched botox job. "I look hideous. I can't host the Emmys!" Kimmel claims. After a major pep talk from some of TV's hottest actresses, Kimmel prevailed!

The scandalous comedian lip-lock: Garry Shandling and Brad Garrett certainly stunned the audience during the opening monologue of the 2003 Emmys! In a nod to the infamous Madonna-Britney kiss earlier that year at the VMAs, the comedians shared a scandalous moment of their own! Who did it best? Gary and Brad or Brit and Madonna. We'll let you be the judge of that!

Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart get real: The comedic duo presented the award for "Outstanding Reality Competition" at the 58th annual Emmy awards with a hilarious satire about reality TV. Hey, if they had Harrison Ford is rolling on the floor laughing, you know it's good!
