Hugh Hefner's wife, Crystal, revealed she has been diagnosed with Lyme disease on Monday. The Playboy playmate shared the news on social media and opened up about how she contracted the disease.

The 29-year-old shared that she may have been bitten by a tick while she was hiking and she always thought that she as just a "hypochondriac" and that she would have never suspected Lyme. She got tested and found out she had the disease and she said she has "a long road ahead."

She urged followers, "If you have ever gone hiking, please get tested for Lyme disease."

Hefner is the latest celeb who revealed she had the disease. "Real Housewives of Beverly Hill" star Yolanda Foster has been famously battling the disease and has spoken openly about it. Avril Lavigne, Ben Stiller, George H.W. Bush and more stars have all reportedly battled the disease.
