Gwyneth Paltrow, Jimmy Fallon chow down on her Goop skin cream

Gwyneth Paltrow and Jimmy Fallon chowed down on an unusual snack on Friday's "Tonight Show": McDonald's french fries dipped in skin cream from the actress' new Goop by Juice Beauty line of skincare products.

"All of the preservatives are food-grade, organic food-grade. So you could eat it technically if you wanted to," Paltrow told Fallon.

That prompted the NBC host to pull out a carton of McDonald's fries and suggest a mutual taste test, much to the amusement of the studio audience.

"Want some? It's so delicious," Paltrow said as they each sampled fries dipped in the creamy white paste.

"It's not bad," Fallon said. "It's better on your face probably."

"It's somewhere between ranch and bath soap," added the actress, who is expected to return to the big screen as Pepper Potts in this May's "Captain America: Civil War."
