Bristol Palin hits the beach with her baby amid custody drama

Bristol Palin is leaving the drama behind her and headed for some fun in the sun.

Over the weekend, the 25-year-old mom took her kiddo, Sailor, 2 months, on a family vacation with her sisters, Piper and Willow. It looks like the whole crew enjoyed their time at an undisclosed beach destination.

In one snap, Bristol was seen holding her daughter as they posed in front of a beach sunset. In another shot, she took her little baby for a swim. In yet another shot, the mom of two posed with her sisters on the beach. She captioned the snap, "Best Sister Friends."

Her son, Tripp, 7, was not in any of the photographs, so he may have been spending time with his father.

The vacation was likely much-needed for Bristol. Last week, a text message conversation between the father of Sailor, Dakota Meyer, and her surfaced, in which it was clear they weren't agreeing on parenting.

In court papers obtained by The Daily Mail, the text message exchange revealed a lot. "I don't hate you Bristol I have no reason to but my hands are tied when I legally have no right to a child that is mine," Meyer wrote in January.

The couple, who ended their engagement before the birth of their child, recently reached an interim agreement over visitation of their daughter in court, which will allow the Medal of Honor recipient to visit his daughter every two weeks starting March 18.
