9-year-old girl dies on Lufthansa flight, cause still unknown
A 9-year-old girl died aboard a Lufthansa flight from Shanghai to Munich on Tuesday morning, according to TASS, a Russian news agency.
The girl was traveling with her parents when the plane made an emergency diversion to Yemelyanovo International Airport in Krasnoyark, Russia, where a doctor pronounced the passenger dead, a spokesperson for Lufthansa told Mashable.

"The child was not breathing and had no pulse," a spokesperson for for the West Siberian department of Russia's Investigative Committee told TASS. "The doctors tried to bring her back to life but to no avail," he said.
The girl was an Italian citizen with Chinese heritage.
The cause of death is still unknown.
Lufthansa flight 727 left Shanghai at 1:03 a.m. local time and arrived in Munich at 8:35 a.m. CET after a three hour delay.
