Eva Longoria is a huge fan of Valentine's Day.

The actress, who's engaged to businessman José "Pepe" Bastón, isn't afraid of spreading the love during the year's most romantic holiday. Case in point: Not only did she send boxes of chocolate to her entire glam squad, but she also sent them to all of her "Telenovela" cast mates.

Though she says that "every day with Pepe is like Valentine's Day," Longoria says that every year the couple does something unusual to commemorate the holiday: They compete in a "couples war weekend" filled with mini games and competitions. Not sure what she means by that? Don't worry, she will "definitely" be Snapchatting the whole ordeal.

We talked to Longoria, who is also the executive producers of "Telenovela," in an exclusive interview about Valentine's Day, her collaboration with GODIVA, her recent Beyond Beautiful campaign and, of course, Snapchat.

How are you celebrating Valentine's Day this year?

Every year, my husband and I -- excuse me, my fiancé and I -- do a couples war weekend. And we do a bunch of competing games, and it's just a really fun, fun weekend of competition.

Any chance you will you be Snapchatting it throughout the weekend?

I will definitely be Snapchatting it. I have so much fun -- it's like your own little reality show!

What's your favorite Valentine's Day memory?

My new ones with Pepe, and also just creating new memories every year with him. I feel like we have so much time for and meeting him in my 40's has made me appreciate the time that I have with him.

Every day with Pepe is like Valentine's day because he's such a romantic, kind person. I feel like I'm spoiled every day. For me, it's just another weekend to us. [Laughs]

How did your collaboration with GODIVA come about?

I've done valentine's promotions with them before, and I'm obviously a big fan of chocolate, so I think they just kind of said, "We think you're the perfect person to do this again with." I'm a big fan of Valentine's day and chocolate, and I really like this new Public Displays of Godiva campaign they're doing. So when they asked me, I figured because it's such a unique idea, I wanted to do it.

The Public Displays of GODIVA campaign involves the celebration of all kinds of love -- romantic love to family, friendship, colleagues and neighbors -- and encourages you to send "PDGs" to all of those people. Who did you send your PDGs to this year?

I gave my PDGs to my glam squad. I love them so much. They're with me day in and day out, and every time I'm tired, I'm like, "Oh my god, they must be twice as tired creating the illusion of Eva."

I also gave some to my cast of "Telenovela," my new TV show, and they absolutely loved it. There's nothing like a box of chocolates to make everybody feel special. When I gave them to my cast, you would've thought I'd have given them a million dollars if you saw their reactions. They thought it was the most touching thing ever. I think that it's such an iconic gift that it really makes people feel something when the receive. I know I do.

What's your favorite flavor of chocolate?

Milk chocolate! And I'm obsessed with Coupes d'Amour -- cups of love. It's these amazing chocolate cups with delicious fillings. I love them.

You also recently participated in the Beyond Beautiful campaign with Entertainment Weekly with Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington and Elizabeth Banks. Can you tell me about that experience?

It was such an honor to be a part of that cover. First of all, Kerry, Elizabeth and I have been friends for a very long time. We did L'Oreal together like 10 years ago, so we've known each other for a long time.

When they said they wanted to do this issue with women that are doing things beyond being in front of the camera, and they named Elizabeth, Kerry and me, I just thought I have so much love for these women and at the same time I respect everything that they're doing behind the camera and for the greater good of women in this business. It was definitely an honor for me.

And I don't spend as much time with Reese, but we are going to become fast friends because I fell in love with her at the photoshoot. We've known each other for a while, but this is the first time I got to sit down with her and hear all of the amazing things she's done. And all of the trails that she's blazed. I'm really glad I got to sit down with her.
