Ben Carson indicated that he's open to serving as vice president under Donald Trump.

During an interview with Fox Business Network on Tuesday, host Neil Cavuto asked the retired neurosurgeon if he would "be ever open to a VP spot?"

"I would have to have major philosophical alignment with whoever it was," Carson said. "I would have to have guarantees that I could do some substantial things."
