Taco Bell Taking Orders For Mystery Item Without Disclosing What It Is

Taco Bell will be announcing a new menu item on Sunday during the Super Bowl, but those who simply can't wait that long have an option.

The chain is now taking pre-orders for it on its website, though there is a catch.

You won't discover what the new menu offering is until you pick yours up at a local outlet on Saturday afternoon.

Pursuing any other route may be futile, as even spokespeople promoting the upcoming offering say they aren't sure what Taco Bell is planning.

So, if you've got $2.99 and a desire to be among the first to try out the latest eats, get that order form filled out.

Those who don't make an official advance request won't be able to get whatever it is until Monday.
