Fab or flop: Olivia Palermo's sporty pants, Diane Kruger's lace tights and more

Fab: Amanda Peet

These days, red carpets are laden with slinky cleavage and ab-baring numbers, but Peet looked chic -- and covered up -- in a stylish plaid skirt, black sweater and black brogues. A black topcoat slung over her shoulders and metallic clutch elevated her fab look.

Flop: Diane Kruger

We love the actress's gorgeous tweed minidress and her intricate lace tights separately, but together, they make for a sloppy mess.

Fab: Olivia Palermo

Ooh la la! The former reality star nailed Paris Fashion Week street style in a super-luxe, ultra cool ensemble that consisted of navy, bootcut-slacks with sailor button details and sporty yellow stripes down the sides. A greenish-gray fur vest and matching leather handbag completed her stunning look.

Flop: Bethenny Frankel

The former "RHONY" star's red 'do may have been a temporary fix, but we're still not on board with the bold look. Plus, it totally cheapened her otherwise-chic assymetrical jumpsuit.

Fab: Jaime King

We always love Jaime King's elegant, alternative style. The actress totally wowed in a light, white feathered skirt with a crepe tank. Black pumps tied in her black, bowtie choker.

Flop: Lily James

Actress Lily James always looks sophisticated on the red carpet, but we weren't sold on the mismatched lace outfit she donned while out and about in NYC. Her more kitschy eyelet lace top totally clashed with her traditional lace skirt!

Fab: Olivia Palermo

Olivia Palermo took a modern spin on '70s style in a schoolgirl-esque plaid dress layered over a black turtleneck. Thigh-high leather boots added a touch of edge to the otherwise prim-and-proper ensemble.

Flop: Zoe Kravitz

Love the boots, love the bag, but the rest of the Kravtiz's look is totally drab.

Fab: Gigi Hadid

Now that's airport style! The jetsetting model turned heads in a super sleek white topcoat layered over black leggings and booties. A fun, neon graphic tea added a pop of color.

Flop: Lena Dunham

Dunham looked more schoolgirl and less chic in a totally frumpy combination of too-short flared jeans, mint sneakers and a tiny blue backpack.

Fab: Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson looked effortlessly chic in a pair of pastel pink cropped slacks, nude heels and a gray turtleneck sweater.

Flop: Bella Thorne

We don't know about you, but we're so over the strappy, caged bralette trend.

Fab: Gigi Hadid

The leggy model turned heads in a pair of Versace high-waisted pants, black bandeau and a black coat.

Flop: Iggy Azalea

The rapper looked totally outdated in a pair of cropped white pants and a long, white tunic.

Fab: Kate Bosworth

The actress was a picture of class in a simple navy T-shirt dress, sleek boots and a very grown-up fanny pack.

Flop: Christie Brinkley

Denim on denim can look fabulous ... when done right, that is. Unfortunately, Brinkley missed the mark in her tacky ensemble.

Fab: Bella Hadid

Slaaaayy! The model looked killer in this sexy black bodycon dress with edgy laced details. Diamonds and strappy sandals completed her head-turning looks.

Flop: Jordana Brewster

Brewster missed the mark in this ill-fitting jumpsuit with a strange, cascading piece of fabric jettisoning from the bodice.

Fab: Ryan Reynolds

This is a look we can definitely get behind! The "Deadpool" star looked like an ultra-hot undercover superhero in his edgy denim, sleek topcoat and sexy specs.

Flop: Tyler Posey

The "Teen Wolf" star looked like a sloppy teenager in this lazy getup at Sundance.

Fab: Jena Malone

We are really digging the "Hunger Games" actress' ankle-length topcoat. The silhouette totally added a touch of sophistication to her otherwise casual outfit.

Flop: Chloe Sevigny

We totally respect the actress's alternative style, but she looked about ready for a costume party in her outlandish, mismatched look.

Paris Fashion Week was upon us this week, and while some stars wowed in head-turning fashions while hopping from show to show and fêteing in the city of lights, others missed the mark.

Olivia Palermo was among those who hit some serious high notes. The former reality star-turned-street syle darling wowed in two notable looks: one super-luxe, ultra cool ensemble that consisted of navy, bootcut-slacks with sporty yellow stripes down the sides and another schoolgirl-esque plaid minidress.

While Palermo mix-and-matched in an effortlessly-cool way, Diane Kruger, who typically rocks stunning styles, disappointed in an overwhelming combination of patterns and prints. The actress paired a tweed, striped minidress with intricate lace tights -- and while we love the pieces separately, they didn't quite mesh.

While not in attendance at PFW, actress Amanda Peet wowed us with her gorgeous look on the "People v. O.J. Simpson" red carpet. These days, premieres are laden with slinky cleavage and ab-baring numbers, but Peet looked chic -- and covered up -- in a stylish plaid skirt, black sweater and black brogues. A black topcoat slung over her shoulders and metallic clutch elevated her fab look.

Click through the slideshow above to see celeb styles this week that were absolutely fabulous -- and others that totally flopped.
