This begs the question: What about the 7th "friend," i.e. Gunther?! If you are a fan of the show, and let's face it, you are, you most definitely remember the man with the hair as bright as the sun -- Central Perk barista, Gunther.

Gunther, played my James Michael Taylor, was always a fan favorite. It's impossible to forget the blonde, affable barista from the Central Perk -- the coffee shop that the friends constantly frequented.

Along with whipping up coffee and muffins for the patrons, Gunther also had a huge crush on Rachel Green, a.k.a. Jennifer Aniston. It's rumored that the one reason he got the job was because he knew how to work the coffee machine

For those wondering, this is what Gunther looks like now:

It's safe to say, Gunther really hasn't changed that much, except his blonde locks are now a darker shade of brown. Since his days hanging with the original #Squad, James Michael Tyler managed to stay quite busy! He has appeared on NBC's "Scrubs," a series titled "Modern Music," and played himself alongside Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribianni) in Showtime's "Episodes."

Most recently, he made an appearance for the 20th anniversary Blu-Ray collection at NBC Studios, along with the Central Perk pop up back in 2014 for the 20th anniversary!

Gunther is also pretty active on social media, too!

Now, we sit in anticipation until February 21 for the two-hour NBC special, right? Who are we kidding?! Netflix, season 1, "The One Where Monica Gets a Roommate" here we come!Want more to hold you over? Check out this awesome "Friends" gallery below!
