Johnny Manziel Gets the 'Billy Football' Treatment

Johnny Manziel, quarterback for the Cleveland Browns, has been in a bad spot lately. Manziel's continued off-the-field partying that the Browns have tried to fix will not go away. It has reached the point where the team is more than likely to going move Manziel elsewhere, after sitting him out in Week 17.

As if things couldn't get worse for Manziel, his marketing agency company LRMR (the marketing agency that is owned by none other than Lebron James) has officially dropped him from their slew of represented athletes as well.

Maverick Carter, Manziel's former agent, offered this according to Cleveland.com, "I will continue to support and advise him as a friend, however, because Johnny needs to focus on personal growth, the next phase of his career and because LRMR continues to expand beyond marketing, we made the mutual decision that it was best to terminate our business relationship."

With this not so shocking decision by LRMR, it also comes as little surprise that Nike is reportedly following suit.

According to TMZ, a highly placed Nike source offered this about Manziel's status with Nike, "We are worried about him and hope things will turn around in the right direction...but we are on the fence if [our relationship] will continue."

Manziel's actions are starting to really cost him in numerous ways, and Manziel is nearing the end of all the good things left around him. Luckily, Johnny Football likely has a savior: Jerry Jones.
