From the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards to the Variety Creative Impact Awards, we saw our favorite stars sporting their Hollywood best as they dazzled on the red carpets over the past few days. Some star-studded events we're simply for the love of film, while others were all about celebrating the new year.

The biggest theme we noticed was celebs stunning in the long-sleeved look! We especially loved Vanessa Hudgens' black House of CB dress. The full length getup showed off her chest with a plunging neckline and a super sexy split running from her thigh all the way to the floor. We also loved Jada Pinkett Smith's Dior frock. We're utterly obsessed with the all-white look on her tiny figure.
While many stars strutted down the red carpet in long-sleeved numbers, another popular look this weekend was showing off shoulders. From Kate Beckinsale's Cushnie et Ochs dress and Rooney Mara's Lanvin ensemble, to Amber Heard in Dolce & Gabbana -- stars proved that showing off a little skin can certainly go a long way when it comes to style.
