Clinton to heckler: 'You are very rude'
(Reuters) -- U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton swiftly shut down a heckler on Sunday during a town hall event in Derry, New Hampshire.

The woman, who later identified herself as Republican New Hampshire State Representative Katherine Prudhomme O'Brien, repeatedly stood up and yelled, but Clinton refused to take her question.
"You are very rude and I'm not going to ever call on you," Clinton told her.

The response earned her enthusiastic applause as well as a standing ovation by several in the audience of about 750 people.

O'Brien, who represents the town of Derry, later told reporters that she was attempting to askClinton about her husband, Bill Clinton's conduct toward women.

It is not clear if the presidential candidate was able to hear what she was saying.
On Monday, Bill Clinton is due to join his wife in the state to campaign on her behalf.
