Another week down in the NBA, and another week of the Golden State Warriors remaining perfect.

But because of Golden State's impossibly amazing stretch, several intriguing aspects of the early season have flown under the radar: Like 18-4 San Antonio pacing toward one of the best regular seasons in recent memory, and the top eight Eastern Conference teams being separated by just two games in the standings.
