NFL power rankings: There's a new team in charge

For months, the New England Patriots reigned supreme over the rest of the meddling NFL. There was even chatter about another 16-0 season.

But with a Week 12 loss to the Denver Broncos, that hope has died. And so has their run as our consensus No. 1.
