His arrest comes almost a month after lee was gunned down in an alley on the south side. Police say Lee was executed as part of an ongoing gang dispute involving his father.

While announcing the charges Friday, Chicago Police Superintendent Gary McCarthy revealed that at least three men took part in the shooting. Aside from Morgan, one of them is a man who is in custody on an unrelated charge.
