Ingenious fruit-flavored cups may change the way we drink water forever

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...

While we all know how good water is for our health, there's no denying that's it's not exactly the most "exciting" beverage of choice. Sure, it's a great thirst quencher, but truth be-told, it doesn't do much else for us, flavor-wise. So, if you're used to making your own fruit-infused water or feel like you can't drink it unless you toss a flavor packet in, then you're going to love what we have to tell you.

Say goodbye to the days of adding in your own flavor to your water, because there's now a cup that pretty much does it for you. The Right Cup, a new IndieGoGo favorite, is an actual fruit-flavored cup that apparently tricks your brain into thinking it's tasting a soft drink. We know what you're thinking -- "SAY WHAT?"

But yes, it's very real and here's how it works: the brightly colored cups are lined with fruity scents and and are made with "FDA-approved aromatic fruit flavors." And if you like to switch up your flavored water, not to worry -- The Right Cup has you covered. The cups come in orange, mixed berry, lemon-lime and apple flavors!

And the best part? The scents last for around 6 months, so you don't need to keep switching cups every time you grab a new glass. The semi-disposable cups have raised more than $59,000 on IndieGoGo and we're guessing they'll be pretty popular amongst kids who refuse to drink anything except juice and soda.
