Three years ago Gabriel Aljalian's turned celebrated his third birthday. That year also marked when he was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer.

Gabriel, however, wasn't going to let the devastating news stop him from spreading his kindness across the world. Instead of mourning the day of his diagnosis, Gabriel turned November 3rd as a day he calls "Gabriel's Day of Kindness" -- a special 24 hours dedicated to paying-it-forward.

In honor of the newfound holiday, Gabriel decided to spread the news to everyone and anyone -- including Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady. During his Make A Wish football session, where the pair passed around a football and hung out, Gabriel gave Brady a note that would forever change his life.

The 1rst grader handed the NFL star a small, handmade card with $10 inside as a token of his gratitude. He also explained his Day of Kindness, asking the pro-athlete to spread the word. The selfless act was met by utter surprise on Brady's part.

Gabriel's Day of Kindness Facebook page showcases other incredible acts of kindness, all as a result of the kid of the hour. Acts have included a family making care bags for the homeless and volunteers spending time with children at the Boston Children's Hospital.

And while Gabriel has been busy brightening up the lives of so many, we think the real good news is that the 6-year-old is now officially cancer-free! Now that is something to truly celebrate.
