Jimmy Kimmel makes kids cry again with his hilarious Halloween prank

Sometimes taking candy from a baby is really, really funny. Such is the case with Jimmy Kimmel's 5th Annual YouTube challenge in which he enlists parents to video tape their kids' responses to their sudden status of Halloween candy.

In the clip above, Kimmel addresses the audience by telling them that they seem to never run out of participants.
