Holiday season is rapidly approaching, which is exciting for several reasons -- it means gifts, time off of work and, of course, family time. Nearly everyone has off of school or work in order to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's however they want to. This generally leads to family gatherings, small and large, to celebrate with food, loved ones and more food.

Although holiday season and family time is always perfect and peaceful in theory, that isn't a reality for everyone. While many people revel in family get-togethers, the stress of traveling, taking time away from the office and even seeing certain relatives can negatively impact what the holidays are really like.

Several people took to Whisper, the popular app that provides an anonymous platform for people to share their most honest thoughts, to reveal how they really feel about family time during the holidays.
